Tanvir has delivered results on both sides of the table, as the CTO making the tech decisions, and as the enterprise SaaS leader selling to and advising multi-billion dollar brands. That rare combination is the foundation of everything Hardpoint does.  

Prior to founding Hardpoint, he served as CTO of Freshii (TSX: FRII), where he rebuilt 

Tanvir has delivered results on both sides of the table, as the CTO making the tech decisions, and as the enterprise SaaS leader selling to and advising multi-billion dollar brands. That rare combination is the foundation of everything Hardpoint does.  

Prior to founding Hardpoint, he served as CTO of Freshii (TSX: FRII), where he rebuilt the entire tech stack in six months, doubled digital sales, and generated seven figures in cost savings across a 500+ unit public brand.   

Before that, he led global technology initiatives across Tim Hortons, Burger King, and Popeyes at Restaurant Brands International, launching kiosks, drive-thru digital menu boards, mobile ordering, and delivery integrations across thousands of locations.   

Most recently, he built and led Toast's enterprise segment, scaling to thousands of locations by advising the C-suites of global brands on tech transformation and digital growth.  

Tanvir is the author of two bestselling books on leadership - PRO Business Mindset and Bet on People, the former selected by Walmart Corporate for their annual leadership reading. He also writes the Brand x Tech newsletter on the future of consumer technology in an AI-first world.   

A former college football national champion with the McMaster Marauders about 80 lbs ago, he now lives in Boston with his wife and toddler.

 Fabian is a global IT & AI executive, with experience managing IT operations for $150 Billion+ assets across global public B2C and government organizations, including Tim Hortons, Burger King, and Popeyes.   

Prior to founding Hardpoint, Fabian led IT for Infrastructure Ontario, where he led strategy, implementation and operationalization

Prior to founding Hardpoint, Fabian led IT for Infrastructure Ontario, where he led strategy, implementation and operationalization of AI, digital, security and governance.   

Prior to Infrastructure Ontario, Fabian led IT ops and infrastructure at RBI across 5000+ locations, including driving cloud adoption, network transformation (SD-WAN), ITSM modernization, and enterprise security programs.   

A tech nerd who loves AI and new gadgets. Loves spending time outdoors with this kids, love cars. and rock climbing.
